A carton plant that answers its own phone
We print, cut and crease folding cartons in one building, and we quote them ourselves. No brokered sheets, no offshore lead times you find out about after the deposit.
How we got here
The plant opened as a trade printer running other people's dielines. Brands kept calling anyway, usually with the same problem: they had been sold a carton that was close to right, and nobody would tell them which part was wrong.
So we narrowed instead of widening. One family of products — tuck-style folding cartons — and a structural team that answers the question buyers actually ask, which is not "how much" but "which one". Ten constructions, 45 stock dies, any dimension inside them.
Everything else on the site exists because customers asked for it in the same phone call. The mailer the carton ships in, the bag it goes home in, the insert that holds it still.
What we hold ourselves to
Say which one is wrong
If the construction, the board or the size is wrong for the product, we say so before we quote it. That conversation costs us jobs occasionally and saves customers reruns constantly.
Quote the whole number
Print, finishing, add-ons and freight itemised. No line labelled miscellaneous, no surprise plate charge on the invoice.
Keep the run here
Printed, cut and creased in our building. When something goes wrong we can walk to the press instead of emailing a broker.
Take material out first
The cheapest packaging improvement is usually less of it. Our structural review looks for that before it looks at a cheaper board.
Buyers running six figures of packaging a year are welcome to walk the floor. Tell us when you are nearby.
