Yes, as long as they run on the same board and print. Mixing two sizes on one sheet is usually cheaper than two separate runs — ask for it to be quoted both ways.
Not for any footprint inside our 45 stock die families. A shape outside them needs a new die, quoted separately and kept on file for reruns.
Yes. Reorders of an unchanged spec are placed by email or phone against the original job number, at the price band for the new quantity.
A print-ready PDF or packaged AI file placed on our dieline, CMYK, fonts outlined, 1/8" bleed. Name any Pantone in the file and we match on press rather than converting it.
Always a digital proof against your dieline. Printed proofs on the real board are available on request and add two to three days.
We do structural design in-house and work with two packaging design studios for artwork. Tell us the scope and we will introduce you.
Cut and crease tolerance is ±1/32". Keep critical type and rules 1/8" clear of every crease, and avoid heavy solids straight across a fold.
Ten to fourteen business days from artwork approval for standard board and print, plus transit. Foil, lamination and inserts add two to four days.
Often, on runs under 5,000. Rush scheduling is quoted separately so you can decide whether the date is worth the premium.
Flat, counted, banded and boxed on a pallet, with a count sheet in the top carton. Assembly is by hand, no glue or tape needed.

Every stock board we run is curbside recyclable and FSC certified. Lamination and foil reduce recyclability — we will tell you which options affect it before you spec them.
Yes. Recycled CRB is our lowest-cost board and is 100% recycled. Kraft grades carry a mix of virgin and recycled pulp.
Yes, with grease and moisture barriers and food-grade inks. Tell us the product and contact time and we will spec the right barrier.
That is part of the structural review. On redesigns we average around an 18% material reduction, which shows up in both unit cost and freight.
Because a number that ignores your board, print, finishing and run length is not a price. We publish rates for stock sizes and quote everything else properly within one business day.
Dieline, one digital proof, print, die cutting, creasing, flat packing and a count sheet. Freight, printed proofs and rush scheduling are itemised separately.
Fifty percent deposit and balance before shipping on a first order. Net 30 after three completed jobs, subject to a credit check.
No, but we will tell you honestly if a quote you already have is a good price. Sometimes it is.
