One supplier for the whole carton job
Structure, board, print and delivery handled in-house, so nothing gets lost between a dieline and a press.
Any dimension, no tooling fee
Custom footprints are cut on our own die tables. Stock sizes carry no tooling charge at all.
Structural engineering in-house
Send product dimensions and weight and we work the carton back from it, including when the cheaper construction is the right one.
Free dieline and blank sample
A print-ready dieline and an unprinted box in your exact size before any money moves.
Print that holds across reruns
Colour targets recorded per job, so order three matches order one.
One business day quoting
Firm pricing at 500, 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 units in the same reply.
Recyclable board as standard
FSC certified, curbside recyclable, with material reduction reviewed on every job.
Ten tuck styles, 45 stock dielines
Construction decides unit cost, assembly labour and how much weight the carton carries. Every one of these can be cut to a custom footprint.
Recyclable board as the default, not the upgrade
Every stock board we run is curbside recyclable and FSC certified. Where a job allows it, our structural team takes material out rather than adding it — smaller footprint, lower unit cost, same protection.
Cartons are what we are known for, not all we make
Six more lines run through the same specialist, the same proof cycle and the same delivery.
Questions buyers ask first
Anything not covered here, a specialist will answer on the phone in a minute.
See all FAQsFive hundred units on folding cartons and most other lines. Displays start at 100, mylar bags and paper bags at 1,000. Below the minimum the setup dominates the unit price and we will say so rather than quote it.
Yes, as long as they run on the same board and print. Mixing two sizes on one sheet is usually cheaper than two separate runs — ask for it to be quoted both ways.
Not for any footprint inside our 45 stock die families. A shape outside them needs a new die, quoted separately and kept on file for reruns.
Yes. Reorders of an unchanged spec are placed by email or phone against the original job number, at the price band for the new quantity.
Send the dimensions. We'll send the price and the dieline.
One business day for a firm quote, and an unprinted blank in your exact size if you want to check the fit first.
