Reverse Tuck End Boxes
The two tuck flaps hinge from opposite panels, which uses less board and cuts unit cost. The most economical printed carton we make. Minimum 100 units.
Per unit, ex works, for stock board with full colour print on the outside and matte lamination. Includes the dieline and one digital proof. Kraft board, heavier calipers, window patching, foil and inserts change the rate — those specs are quoted on request.
Any size, no tooling charge
Stock dies cut to your inside dimensions, so a custom footprint costs the same as a catalogue size.
Dieline and blank sample free
You approve a layered dieline and, on request, hold an unprinted box before the run.
Priced in one business day
Send the spec and a specialist comes back with a firm number, including a cheaper construction if one fits.
What reverse tuck end boxes is, and when it is the right call
Reverse tuck end is the cost floor for printed folding cartons. Because the top flap folds from the back panel and the bottom from the front, the die nests more efficiently on the sheet and you pay for measurably less board per carton. At volume that difference is most of what separates a 28-cent carton from a 34-cent one.
The compromise is a visible flap edge on the front face. In practice it disappears under artwork, and for anything that will be boxed inside a shipper or hung on a peg rather than faced out on a shelf, nobody notices. If your carton is the hero on a shelf, choose the straight tuck instead.
Available in 14pt through 24pt SBS, kraft board, or metallised stock. Add a hang hole, a tear strip or a product window at the die stage for no additional tooling cost. Compare with straight tuck end boxes if the back panel is the display face, or folding cartons for a fully litho-printed run. If the format is not quite right, tuck end boxes and tuck box with window cutout solve the adjacent problem. Full range in tuck boxes, and see our cosmetic and beauty work.
Buyers often compare this against straight tuck end boxes and tuck end boxes, and every tuck carton we make sits on the tuck boxes page. Specified most often for cosmetic and beauty and food and beverage packaging. Shop Tuck Boxes quotes this carton in any size you need, with a free dieline and an unprinted blank sample before you commit.

Notes from the floor
Board weight decides more than the product category does. Most boxes we are asked to quote are specified one step heavier than they need to be, and that shows up on every unit.
Where a product sits near the limit of a construction, ask for both options to be quoted. The difference is usually a cent or two a unit and the decision becomes obvious.
Send the product dimensions and weight. Our structural team will name the construction that fits — including when it is a cheaper one than this.
