Tuck Box With Window Cutout
Tuck end folding carton with a die-cut front aperture and clear film patch. Shows the product on shelf without opening the pack. Minimum 250 units.
Per unit, ex works, for stock board with full colour print on the outside and matte lamination. Includes the dieline and one digital proof. Kraft board, heavier calipers, window patching, foil and inserts change the rate — those specs are quoted on request.
Any size, no tooling charge
Stock dies cut to your inside dimensions, so a custom footprint costs the same as a catalogue size.
Dieline and blank sample free
You approve a layered dieline and, on request, hold an unprinted box before the run.

What tuck box with window cutout is, and when it is the right call
A window on the front panel is the most direct piece of merchandising available on a carton: the customer sees the actual product rather than a photograph of it. For anything where appearance is the purchase reason — soap, pasta, confectionery, cosmetics — it consistently outperforms a fully printed panel.
The aperture is die-cut and patched with clear film on the inside face. That patch is applied on a machine, so window cartons carry a 250-unit minimum rather than 100, and the lead time runs a day or two longer than a plain tuck end.
We will advise on aperture size. Beyond about a third of the panel area the carton loses stiffness and needs a heavier board, which costs more than the window saves in ink. Two thirds of the panel is usually the practical ceiling. Wrap the aperture around a corner with curved window boxes, or go compostable with kraft window boxes. Widely used in food and beverage retail. Buyers who land on this page usually also specify top tuck boxes, and look at tuck flap boxes for launches. More in tuck boxes; food and beverage guidance separately.
Buyers often compare this against reverse tuck end boxes and tuck end boxes, and every tuck carton we make sits on the tuck boxes page. Specified most often for food and beverage and cosmetic and beauty packaging. Shop Tuck Boxes quotes this carton in any size you need, with a free dieline and an unprinted blank sample before you commit.

Notes from the floor
Board weight decides more than the product category does. Most boxes we are asked to quote are specified one step heavier than they need to be, and that shows up on every unit.
Where a product sits near the limit of a construction, ask for both options to be quoted. The difference is usually a cent or two a unit and the decision becomes obvious.
Send the product dimensions and weight. Our structural team will name the construction that fits — including when it is a cheaper one than this.

Ask about this productYes, and that is most of our work. Give inside dimensions in inches, or the product measurements, and we work the box back from it. Any footprint inside the die family is cut at stock pricing with no tooling charge.
