A display has three audiences
The shopper, who has about two seconds and reads the header card. The store employee, who has to build it during a shift and will abandon anything confusing. And the retailer compliance team, who will reject a unit that misses their planogram dimensions by an inch.
We design against all three. Assembly is proofed by building it cold from the printed instructions, and the footprint is checked against the retailer specification before the print runs, because a rejected display is a total loss rather than a fixable one.
Litho-laminated print
Offset printed paper laminated onto corrugated. It is how you get photographic print quality on a structural board.
Assembly in under a minute
If a store employee cannot build it in a minute from the sheet, it ends up in the stockroom. We time it before signing off.
Weight and shelf load
Tell us the product weight per facing. Shelf deflection is the most common display failure and it is entirely predictable.
